Itinerary

Day 1

Switzerland: Zurich Arrival

Arrival at Zurich airport, after immigration, proceed One – level down at the airport to take a train to St. Moritz–a luxury alpine resort town in Switzerland’s Engadin valley. It has hosted the Winter Olympics twice, has the Cresta Run, a world-championship bobsled run made of natural ice, and an outdoor Olympic ice rink. Its frozen lake hosts polo, cricket and even horse racing on ice. Ski and snowboard areas include Corviglia, Diavolezza, and Corvatsch, and there are well-groomed cross-country ski trails. Overnight stay at St. Moritz.

Day 2

Switzerland: Glacier Express Ride, Zermatt

After breakfast, you will be taken for a ride on the Glacier Express. It is a scenic train offering a panoramic trip through the Alps in Switzerland. From the eastern to western Swiss Alps the views are amazing. The Glacier Express travels through 91 tunnels, over 291 bridges and along 2 km on the Oberalp Pass (2,044 metre-high). Main stations on the route are Zermatt, Brig, Andermatt, Chur, Davos, and St. Moritz. The Glacier Express

operates all year round. However, in winter there are fewer services. Overnight stay at Zermatt.

Day 3

Switzerland: Visit Interlaken

After breakfast check out and board a train to Interlaken. Arrive Interlaken, check-in the hotel. Take in the sights of crystal-clear lakes, sparkling streams and fantastic falls, caressed by the sunbeams. The towering trio of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau stands like the stately sentinel over a world of eternal snow. Between these captivating contrasts, a treasure trove of holiday delights is waiting to be discovered. Here are just a few of many attractions, which never fail to fascinate visitors to this Swiss region. After having checked in at your hotel, the rest of the day is free to explore Interlaken on your own. Interlaken is embedded between two Alpine lakes. Huge glaciers formed deep valleys. Grindelwald with its famous Eiger North Face is on one side. Unique helicopter Skydiving is offered daily, summer and winter. Combine fun with the thrill of a helicopter skydive. Day 4

Switzerland: Kleine Scheidegg via Lauterbrunnen

After breakfast, you board the train to Kleine Scheidegg via Lauterbrunnen (approx. 1.5 hrs). The famous Jungfrau railway takes you to the highest station in Europe (approx. 1 hrs). A day of fun and excitement is awaiting you in the captivating snow peaks of Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe (3’454 m/11’333 ft). Visit the Ice Cave with its ice formations or else explore the snow on the glacier. You find a range of international restaurants on the Jungfraujoch. Return to Interlaken (approx. 2.5 hrs) by train with an optional stopover in Grindelwald. Overnight stay at Interlaken.

Day 5

Switzerland: Explore Zweisimmen

After breakfast, proceed to Zweisimmen to Enjoy the Golden pass panoramic route today. Take a train to Montreux to visit this beautiful town by Lake Geneva. You will also visit Chillon castle in Montreux. In the evening you will return to Interlaken. Overnight stay at Interlaken.

Day 6

Switzerland: Visit Lucerne

After breakfast check out and move to Luzern. After arrival in Luzern, you need to check in the hotel. Today you are free to explore Lucerne on your own. Visit the 700 years-old wooden Chapel Bridge, the Lion Monument and discover Lucerne’s malls. Buy some of the famous souvenirs like Swiss watches, Swiss cheese, and Swiss chocolate. Luzern has some Great Nightclubs to enjoy your evenings. Overnight stay at Luzern.

Day 7

Switzerland: City Tour Of Lucerne

After breakfast, enjoy a ride in the first revolving gondola to Mount Titlis at 3020 m/10’000 ft. In Lucerne, you board the LSE-train to Engelberg. There a gondola takes you up to the Trübsee. You continue your trip by another gondola to Stand. Finally, the revolving gondola takes you up to Mount Titlis. For a spectacular, close-up insight into a glacier, you visit the glacier cave and ride the Ice Flyer chairlift. Spend some time in the snow with your snow disc. May enjoy an Indian or Continental lunch at the Top. In the evening you return to Lucerne (approx. 2 hrs). Overnight stay at Luzern.

Day 8

Lake Zurich, Rhine Falls

After breakfast, you have the day free to enjoy. You can walk to the Lake Zurich OR visit Rhine Falls. (Boat Ride CHF 8 -a ticket to be purchased directly). Overnight at Zurich.

Day 9

Switzerland: Shopping Time

After breakfast day free to enjoy. Day free for shopping at Bahnhofstrasse area. Overnight stay at Zurich.

Day 10

Switzerland: Departure

Time to Say Goodbye

After breakfast, check-out from Hotel and transfer to Airport for onward journey.
